Panda Bullion

Bullion is non-ferrous metals usually found in 3 popular forms such as rounds, bars and Government issued legal tender coinage. The term “Bullion” is used in many facets throughout the coin community and investing in precious metals. Numismatists and Mint Officials alike, commonly describe bullion coinage as “Business Strikes” in which a controlled and regulated coin press hammers a set of dies together to stamp a reverse and obverse design into the precious metal planchet. In modern times most Mints around the world have digitized their minting process allowing full automation and a much higher percentage of perfection with very little human interaction. These business struck coins are focused on satisfying the demand to own precious metal, however, high end savvy investors target rarities in government coin programs prior to digitizing the minting process because perfection is scarce in top grades.
